Las criticas son Bienvenidas

Hola Cecy.
Mira Cecy, lei tu comentario y deje esperar una semana para ver si otro cliente opinaba igual, Pero me doy cuenta que no, Tal vez el dia que veniste no era tu dia, o la(s) MESERA(s) no estaba en su dia. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Fantastic
written by Jamie Wright , December 07, 2008
Had the tacos al pastor at the head house farmers market a couple of weeks ago and they were fantastic. About five years ago I went on a motorcycle trip through Baja and each day we stopped at small stands and had the best tacos I've ever had and ever since I've been looking for something that compares, and I've finally found it here. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

president, Crome Construction

I'm eager to visit on my next trip to my home town of Philadelphia. I know the 9th and Washington Street area very well because of the markets, which I visited over many years.

One of my most vivid memories from my extensive travels in Mexico is enjoying as street food burritos filled with meat picked from goats' heads in a steam cart.

Very truly yours,

Nick Crome

I've never visited your restaurant yet, but I hope to soon. I lived in various parts
of Mexico for 8 years, and I long to taste "old-world-style" authentic Mexican food. Although I, myself, am not Mexican, I married a Mexican, there in Mexico. I love Mexican
food, and often, I cook authentic Mexican food, myself. But I long to eat that good
old Mexican comfort food, that I don't know how to make, myself.
I just found out about your restaurant from "Diners, Drive ins, and Dive" on the Food
Network channel. I want to know if you would consider opening a Cemitas Puebla restaurant
on the far south side of Chicagoland area? That is where I live, and let me tell you,
there are a lot of latinos who live in this area. I'm sure they'd all love a real
authentic Mexican restaurant close by.

Re: fuzzy tacos

"Blew your mind? Really? I mean they were good, but Mexican food is just Mexican food. I consider myself lucky if the waiter isn't sweating in the food and the plate isn't 1000 degrees."

Just as Argentine, French, Laotian, and any other food is just that: a specific kind of food common to a certain region. Now, when speaking about sweating waiters and scorching plates, there's a couple of tips that might be of help. First, take the waiter's name and ask to talk to the manager; address the manager with your sanitary concerns. I'm certain that would be a good start. Though I have never noticed it and I assure you I stop by frequently enough to notice such an atrocity. Are you just talking about this place or making a general statement? If the latter proves to be true, then just stop by Geno's. I guess their grill doesn't make people sweat and their "food" is dead cold.

Saludos, amigos
written by Gustavo , April 18, 2008

Taquitos de Puebla blew my mind!!!
written by Meagan Bergeron , February 21, 2008
Taquitos de Puebla blew my mind!!! I've had good Mexican food from many "authentic" restaurants and in the homes of many friends, but I've never enjoyed a taco like those from TdP. The tacos al pastor are amazing!!!!!! 3 is enough to fill me up, but I always want more. Everything from the guacamole, to the roasted green onions, to the cafe' tastes fresh, homemade, and somehow traditional. Service is fast and very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I vist Taquitos de Puebla every time I'm in the neighborhood!
